Warranty: As service to our customers and in order to provide reliable computer systems, we stress-test (burn-in) each system for 12 hours prior to shipping as a precaution in order to identify any potential hardware failures. We make it a point to use high-quality components when building our systems, however, we do not manufacture the individual components (i.e. CPU, hard drives, RAM, video cards, and other components). Individual components are manufactured by companies such as Intel®, Western Digital®, Kingston®, and others. Those individual components are often covered under a warranty longer than 12 months by their respective manufacturers. We provide a 12 month hardware warranty from date of purchase. In the event that you experience a hardware failure within the first 12 months, we will send a replacement for that hardware component free of charge (ground shipping, unless customer is willing to pay for expedited shipping costs). This does not include failures caused by forces out of our control which include (but are NOT limited to) failures caused by shipping mishandling, flood, fire, and other forces of nature, unacceptable climate (excessive humidity, heat, dust, dirt, pet hair, etc.), hardware or BIOS modifications (including upgrades and over-clocking), physical damage, or intentional abuse. |
